Enrollment Overview
At iGen, we provide families with a consistent, high-quality aftercare experience while ensuring stable staffing, transportation, and programming throughout the school year.
Aftercare enrollment is a commitment for the Fall Semester (August–December). Families pay monthly and may adjust attendance days with 30 days’ written notice, while reserving a consistent space for their child in our program.
A $200 enrollment deposit is required to hold your child’s spot and is applied to the final month of enrollment when all program policies are met.

Program Policies & Important Information
Tuition Structure
Tuition is billed in 9 equal monthly payments for consistency and predictable budgeting. All months are billed at a standard rate, except June, which is prorated based on the school calendar and program schedule.
Schedule Changes
Families may increase or decrease the number of attendance days with 30 days’ written notice, subject to availability and program minimums.
Withdrawal Policy
Families requesting to withdraw before the end of the Fall Semester must provide 45 days’ written notice. Families are financially responsible through December 2026.
Program Hours (Early Dismissal Days)
On early dismissal days, aftercare operates from 1:30 PM – 6:30 PM.
System Note
Our registration system may occasionally display early dismissal days as Saturdays. Please disregard this error, as it does not reflect the actual program schedule.

Transportation Information
iGen provides transportation from Payne Elementary and select nearby schools. If you're interested in transportation from a school other than Payne , please contact us prior to registering to confirm availability.
Please note the following:
Transportation must be booked with an aftercare package—we do not offer transportation as a standalone service.
We do not prorate monthly fees. Our annual tuition is divided evenly over 9 months.
Transportation commitment is also from August - December.
Each student will be provided with a seatbelt and a backless booster seat, if needed.
